This was a trip to show our grandchildren the sights. Visits to the British museum, a river trip and the London Eye, St James Park, the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace were all enjoyed, thoroughly. The hotel was good 3 star quality and we were fortunate to be upgraded to an apartment, which for us as a family party, worked very well.

Another Trip To London

My daughter and I have just returned from a short break in London. The hotel was ideally situated near to Oxford Street and was very quiet the best we've stayed at. Plenty of room and breakfast was good. No complaints, would definitely stay there again.

Short Break in London

A customer from SCARBOROUGH who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

Excellant location. Sadly the bed needs new mattress, had springs digging into us both all night, also a good clean of the room would have been nice.. lots of cobwebs, scuff marks, fluff on carpet and filthy windows. The bathroom wasn't too bad but if it had been cleaned it would have been used more apart from a basin wash and teeth clean! The window was bolted and unable to be opened sadly..the odd creaky floorboards are to be expected in an older establishment but not every one! The breakfast was fine, plenty to choose from etc... breakfast cheery and helpful.
