I stayed at this hotel from Friday August 13th 2010 until Monday August 16th 2010. During this stay all the staff were very helpful. I came with my grandson, Liam, and a friend. The room was very roomy and the beds comfy. My grandson liked the Put-U-Up. The breakfasts were very good and the evening meals were too. Liam particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and evening meals and the amount I paid for him was exceptionally reasonable. The hotel is in a good position for visiting all the major attractions. This is our 2nd visit to this hotel and Liam is already planning our next! Thanks to you all once again.

We really enjoyed the weekend away for football at Arsenal park. Hotel was good and the subway was round the corner straight to the park.

My friend and I decided to take our mothers to see Billy Elliot in London for they both turned 60 this year. The show and train down fabulous as usual but the accommodation very disappointing and not up to the usual standard from superbreak. The hotel staff were unfriendly and we had to ask for our breakfast table to be cleaned. A waiter reluctantly cleared the previous occupants things away and then flicked the mess onto the floor with a napkin instead of wiping the table properly. The hotel room did not have a hairdryer and we were asked for a £20 deposit just to use one. We had to go and find housekeeping ourselves and when we tried to return it to reception on our departure we were told to go and return it to housekeeping which we refused to do!.

Excellent short break to London. Travelled with ba from Glasgow - all very smooth and excellent service. Stayed at Park Inn Holburn which is currently being refurbished. Stayed in a refurbished room at the back of the hotel. Room was excellent and housekeeping service also excellent. Only disappointing feature was the bar which was highly priced and empty!! Breakfast had everything you could ask for and staff were helpful and attentive. Recommend a visit to the v & a which was enormous and had something for everyone. Covent garden, Leicester Square and Oxford Street all within easy walking distance of hotel and all worth a visit. Covent Garden great for entertainment and lunch time snacks.
