Break In London

The Corus Hotel was well situated within 15 minutes walk from Marble Arch. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and although the room was small we enjoyed our stay there. It was so easy to get around London on the buses. We went to Oxford St, Covent Garden, Lewisham, Bromley & Beckenham.

London Weekend

The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk to Oxford Street although we used the bus most of the time. Car parking at Queensway was closeby and realtive inexpensive. The hotel room whilst small was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and as it was 2 weeks before christmas very busy but we were kept informed and looked after very well.

Carol Concert

We attended the bt carol concert in Royal Albert Hall and it was excellent. Lovely singing and music and Angela Rippon was an excellent hostess. Lights in Oxford Street were lovely and shop windows gorgeous. We walked around Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and it was very christmasy. The hotel room was disappointing - tiny and you couldn't turn round in the shower. Bed small and uncomfortable and breakfast just average.
