The O2 Arena, London
Famously known for her roles in 'Mary Poppins' and 'The Sound of Music' she is one of the world’s most loved performers of all time. Dame Julie Andrews now returns to the UK stage for the first time in 30 years bringing with her a number of special guests from the West end and Broadway to recapture the delights of musical theatre with material from ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘The King And I’ and ‘Carousel’. Together with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the evening promises to be a night of treats especially put together for her enormous fan base of five generations.
Not only will classic musical numbers be preformed but a special live narration of Simeon’s Gift, the best-selling children’s book written by Andrews and her daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton will also be heard. This one-off show is not something to be missed as yet again the fabulous O2 Arena provides another rare opportunity to see another huge star in person.
Packages include overnight accommodation at the 4 star Crowne Plaza London Docklands with second price lower tier seats to the show. Please note the show will start at 6:30pm.
