The hotel was centrally located and very convenient. Our room had frosted windows and we couldn't see out which made it slightly claustrophobic. Not really worth the money we paid for it but for the short amount of time we were in it (we stayed only one night) it was just acceptable. Our theatre seats were chosen for us and were ok. I would give more thought to booking seats independently in future. The weather was warm and sunny so we spent the time outdoors walking. We ended our trip with drinks on the tattersall castle moored on the Thames. Excellent.

Booked first class rail with Superbreak and were disappointed by poor service on national express. Hotel very quiet and well situated for lots of attractions in London. Room rather small making it difficult to access the wardrobe. Virtually impossible not to soak the bathroom floor when using the shower. Despite the above, would recommend the hotel for its location and for the friendly staff.

We had a great deal on the train by booking with Superbreak and got to London from the Midlands in no time at all. I would recommend travellers book seats when they have their travel tickets. Arriving at the hotel we were amazed at the size of the rooms and quality of the hotel for the price we paid. We ate out at Covent Garden and went on to see Dirty Dancing which was brilliant. Then after a coctail at Dirty Martini we went back to the hotel.

Was down for a football tournament, but took in the sights as well. The hotel was fine, the room well appointed, however the one we were in had a constant 'damp' smell which lessened by keeping the air conditioning on, we were also next to some hotel services outside possibly air conditioning systems, which spoiled the experience somewhat, we informed the hotel but all that was forthcoming was a non-sincere apology.
