out of 5We were allocated a very small double room on the fourth floor and asked reception to change to somthing bigger. We heard nothing for 20 minutes so went down to customer services and in the end they sorted out a decent room for us. I think because we had booked a special getaway through Superbreak the fobbed us off with the cheapest room possible. We would definitly use this hotel again if a decent double room could be guarenteed. In every other aspect the hotel was great.

out of 5Whilst the hotel was in an excellent location and the breakfast also first class, we were disappointed with our room. Located on the 7th floor it was quite small and the bathroom desperately in need of refurbishing. The sink, bath and toilet were all marked and I would probably insist on being moved if given a room like that in future.
