out of 5We were allocated a very small double room on the fourth floor and asked reception to change to somthing bigger. We heard nothing for 20 minutes so went down to customer services and in the end they sorted out a decent room for us. I think because we had booked a special getaway through Superbreak the fobbed us off with the cheapest room possible. We would definitly use this hotel again if a decent double room could be guarenteed. In every other aspect the hotel was great.

out of 5Hotel is being refurbed slowly but the value of the hotel in the middle of London was good. Every thing was clean nice large room.

out of 5The one night stay at the Grovenor hotel was excellent. We did everthing we had planned wih no problems and the 24 hour travel ticket was well worh the money.

out of 5We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel - very traditional surroundings and a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very nice. The only slight problem was the restaurant was very busy and we had to queue for the food. However, I would definitely return to the hotel - the room was lovely and just round the corner from Victoria station, perfect. I would recommend booking through Superbreak as I always find the service very professional and efficient.
