out of 5The Hallam Hotel was in a very convenient situation basic but very clean and exactly what I wanted. I used to work in London so know the city very well so I walked everywhere. Great weather so the walk from oxford street to the natural history museum through Hyde park and Kensington Gardens was a real treet.

out of 5A pleasent trip with Virgin trains fucntioning to perfection and a memorabel event in watching Mamma Mia followed by a lengthy trip round the British Museuam made our short London break memorable. The hotel was the only fly in this particular ointment, difficult to sleep because of the constant noise from the lift which itself was Noahesque followed by the debacle that was breakfast which included having to clear your own table and find your own cutlery and as for the food the least said etc. Overall we enjoyed it but the hotel is not to be repeated.

out of 5The Hallam Hotel we found to be of a very good standard considering what it cost for the room/breakfast and the central location of the Hotel. We would have no problem in using it again when we go for another night out in the west end.
