The hotel staff were very helpful the room was clean and we has a great view across London. Breakfast was good too. The only downside was the hotel could do with renovation it was a little tired round the edges. Otherwise it was a good location and just a 2 minute walk from Primrose Hill park.

Great start with fantastic train service (well worth booking with Superbreak), hotel ok but not enough staff, pretty slow service especially at bar. Some staff not particularly happy or approachable which is not good. Rooms ok. London itself was great particularly Harrods, Tower of London and the shows. Avoid Garfunkels - Awful! Great service with Superbreak, would definitely book with them to return to London again.

Firstly make sure you book your train seats, luckily we did - and I'm so glad. The six people we turned out of our seats had to stand the whole way. London underground ticket office staff, very helpful sorted our tickets out for whole weekend. The hotel was a bit of a let down - it was tierd and needed alot of tlc. I would recommend planning your weekend - a friend suggested it to us and i'm glad we did. Friday evening was spent at a show. Saturday sight seeing, looked up London walks with famous sights, great walk and lots of pictures of all the famous places, also use 2 for 1 offfers . We are a family of six and this saved us quite a bit of money. Sunday went to see changing of the guards. You need to really stand in two places at once. If you stand in front of the railings you can't view the guards marching into the palace grounds and if you stand on the road side ( as we did) you don't see the actual changing. Monday was spent visiting Harrods - what a shop and we got some bargains!! we also went round the history museum - but so big we had to leave to catch the train back home.
