out of 5We were a bit disappointed with the hotel as our room was on floor minus 1, which meant the basement. The room was small, with a wall mounted tv which was placed in such an awkward position at the end of the bed that when getting up in the night we banged our heads on the appliance. It was also unbearably hot and confined, we made sure our heating appliance was not on but we had to sleep with no covers on. But the hotel was clean.

out of 5Decided to avoid the centre of London as only having a 2 night break to visit London Zoo. Hampstead Britannia was brilliant, quiet area, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast, handy for London Zoo, Hampstead and Camden.

out of 5we like this hotel because it is in a nice area and handy for the tube from chalk farm and overground from kentish town west.the hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. our main purpose of this visit was to go to the flower festival in westminster abbey which was superb but very busy.we also managed to fit in hampton court - the gardens have the wow factor and kew gardens on our last day. we have been so many times before but it is their 250th birthday and new for this year is the treetop walkway which was good. we enjoyed our trip to london at this beautiful time of year and were blessed with good weather.
