out of 5Overall the hotel was a good standard probably 4* not 5*. Breakfast was a complete disaster over 30min to get served. When meals arrived they were cold. The buffet was limited and no glass for drinks. Staff were not friendly and were under pressure.

out of 5We visit London several time during the year. This is the first time we stayed at the Mayfair Hotel. All fab, really liked the bar, modern, music brill and atmosphere fab. The staff were excellent. Will be back....
