Overall the hotel was a good standard probably 4* not 5*. Breakfast was a complete disaster over 30min to get served. When meals arrived they were cold. The buffet was limited and no glass for drinks. Staff were not friendly and were under pressure.

Marvellous Trip

We visit London several time during the year. This is the first time we stayed at the Mayfair Hotel. All fab, really liked the bar, modern, music brill and atmosphere fab. The staff were excellent. Will be back....

Combined Christmas Shopping And Rugby International

Mayfair hotel perfect location for shopping, very noisy on Saturday night from street noise. Excellent rooms, breakfast food good but poor service. Strongly object to optional 12.5% service charge very few of the staff were worthy of such service charges.
