out of 5The Novotel was great. Near to the o2 as we were going to a concert there. Went into London most days by the trains. Lots of walking. Area not suitable for elderly as there was a lot of travelling to get to and from places. Best way to pay for the trains was the oyster card, you put money on it at any station and swipe it just before you get on the train and at the end of the journey. I came back for a rest!.

out of 5The hotel we stayed in (Novotel London Excel) was amazing, we got it for the grand total of £89 and that included two nights bed and breakfast. I can't fault anything about the hotel, the rooms were lovely, the breakfast fab and the staff were so friendly. Recommend to all.

out of 5Stayed at the Novotel Excel in Docklands for 2 nights family of 4 fantastic value for a 4 star hotel break. Great breakfast included did not eat in hotel other that this as a little pricey. Easy trip into central London on dlr.
