A customer from Colerne who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
We had a very reasonable deal for theatre and two nights accomodation. We parked our car for a very fair price at the hotels car park. We were very pleased with our seats at theatre, we were 2 adults and 2 (large) children in one hotel room, which was cramped but comfortable, keep very clean. We enjoyed being in Greenwich and found the train (next door to hotel), very easy to use.

A customer from DURHAM who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
We found the Novotel Greenwich was a great spot to stay. We were away with our 5 year old daughter and found this hotel was away from the bustle of the city yet easy to get in and out of central London. In the cold weather we could wait in the hotel foyer till 2 minutes before the train was due as the hotel is literally next door to the station. The rooms are funtional and clean which was all we needed as we were not in the hotel a great deal. The restaurant breakfast was better than some I've had in 5 star hotels for choice. We had an evening snack also in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of it. The staff bent over backwards to make our little girl feel at home. Given we paid only £50 a night b&b we were really pleased and will definitely use the hotel again the next time we visit London.

The hotel is in a perfect position in Greenwich, directly outside the docklands railway station. We were given a room with kingsize bed and sofa and excellent modern ensuite. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of hot and cold food and plenty of fresh coffee. The hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere but was in easy reach of the attractions of London. Although we were some distance from London an all day travel ticket on the underground was only £5.60 and we could reach most parts of the city easily. Greenwich itself is very pleasant and we enjoyed a day looking round there and found a number of good places to eat and drink. All in all we had an excellent break with no complaints at all.

Hotel well located for car travel to city, also next do dlr - city in 15 mins. Upgraded to exec room - ideal for purpose with very friendly staff. Excellent on site covered and secure parking. Recommend Rules restaurant near covent garden - pricey but well worth it and central to theatreland.
