Super weekend break at Raddisson Grafton hotel via 1st class rail travel booked throogh Superbreak. All went to plan till the journey home when we had a 2 1/2 hr delay due to signalling failure - no one's fault and the train staff were excellent.

Superbreak were superb----changing our booking when we could't travel on the original date because of illness. We stayed at the Radisson Grafton and had two dreadful nights of sleep.

Slight hiccup when we arrived at the Radisson Grafton as they said that they wanted to move us to another one of their hotels in Gloucester road. I had stayed at the Grafton previously which was why we chose that hotel. All they kept saying to us was that they had had a lot of last minute bookings,- well we booked in August so surely this should have secured the room, after a discussion with the receptionist they said they would try and sort something out for us and to return later that afternoon, meanwhile we could leave our luggage there. I then phoned Superbreak and your very efficient advisor spoke to the manager of the hotel and arranged a room for us. When we returned to the hotel later, there was no problem. Aside from this, the Radisson Grafton is in a good location- with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities that we required. All the staff are polite and couteous. We would definitley stay there again.

Lion King stage show was excellent. Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel was in a bit of a noisy location near hospital. Hotel staff excellent. Breakfast was good buffet style. Evening meal was below average, mistakes made in delivering wrong order. Quality of food was good, but overall value for money was below average. Meal was expensive for what was delivered.
