All in all an excellent trip - fantastic hotel - worth paying an extra £30 to upgrade to a deluxe room with a bit more space and a king size bed. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful, smiley, friendly staff. Fantastic location - in the heart of Leicester Square - and room surprisingly quiet considering the busy area.

This is an excellent hotel with excellent staff. It is in a very good position particularly if you want the theatres.

Good hotel but the drink prices are just a rip off, two small bottles of lemonade 200m £5.63. I know you expect to pay more down London but that was just a complete rip off.

Thoroughly enjoyed weekend with my friend. Went to see Mel C in Blood Brothers at the Phoenix theatre - fantastic. Meal at Bella Italia, Leicester Sq & Browns, Covent Garden. Hotel very comfortable, food lovely, staff helpful. Not very good view from room, but comfortable room. Good to be in Leicester Sq.

When we arrived at the hotel at 3 .00 our room was not ready and we had to come back at 4.00. However the hotel were very good and gave us a free meal in their restaurant to apologise.
