Disappointed with the room but the rest of the hotel was great. Ideally placed for the majority of the theatres and Covent Garden.

The train journey was brilliant from Liverpool to London,no delays and thoroughly enjoyed by the two of us. Booked into the hotel at about 2pm all went smoothly and hotel/room/breakfast all lovely. Had a wonderful night at Claridges Gordon Ramsays restaurant and it was magnificant really recommended for a treat. On Saturday had a day of shopping and walked for miles and miles, really central hotel. Went to see Jersey Boys on the Saturday night with was truly amazing. A must see for all the audience was up dancing. Had a meal in the morrocan restaurant next door to the Prince Edward theatre and it was absolutely awful do not go there! Lamb like rubber and chicken a plate of bones. But this did not ruin our evening. All in all a wonderful weekend break and cannot wait to go to our capital again.

This hotel is clean, friendly and has the best breakfast (they cook your eggs while you wait) but the rooms are tiny. The double bed is about 4ft and squashed against one wall so you have to clamber to the bottom of the bed to get out. Compact I think they call it.
