Quite disappointed with the Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten restaurant menu and the meal. Also the allocated room was very noisy. However, staff were quick to resolve any problems. Annoyed that Tim Curry was not starring in Spamalot that night as the only reason we went in November was to see him for an early birthday treat. But the show was still worth the visit. Enjoyed the attractions. Would have done the open top sightseeing bus but at that price not worth it!

My partner and I visited London for 2 days of retail therapy, staying at the Radison Mountbatten in Covent Garden. After registering disappointment over the initial room allocated the Duty Manager, Daniel, did all to ensure we had a pleasant stay with a complimentary upgrade. We ate in several restaurants in Covent Garden and Soho all of which were very good. Maxwell's stood out for the quality of food, great coffee and outside seating which aided our other past-time of people watching. Aided by fantastic weather - a great 2 days!
