Overall Hotel Rating:

3 out of 5

Room small - bed against a wall and only 4'6". Pillows too soft. Meals good and hotel very near to theatre. Meals excellent but restaurant noisy for dinner due to a large group drinking in the bar section and no attempt by staff to quiten them..

We always come to a London show for my birthday in January and meet up with family for a meal. We like staying at the Mountbatten Hotel as 7 dials is such a good walking area with interesting shops. We thoroughly enjoyed Mamma Mia as we are both great Abba fans.

Hotel rooms for twin rooms were tiny! Booked non smoking and got a smoking one. Asked to be changed and had to pay extra! So not really impressed with that situation!
