Hotel very good. Good location and with nearby Piccadillly line easy access to both from airport and to London attractions. Room clean, excellent breakfast. Staff ok, little laid back for a 4 star hotel but overall great place to stay.

The weekend was really enjoyable. The hotel was very nice and staff friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was very busy and I never got the toast that i'd requested. I decided to not bother with it in the end. The only other critism was the hotel lift was really slow and I didn't see the point of having to put your room card in the slot before pressing which floor you required.

Great For Weekend London Break

We stayed at the Vanderbilt hotel on Cromwell Road and it was most convenient for the major attractions. A short walk from Gloucester Road station, we visited the Natural History Museum which is within walking distance from the hotel. A visit to Churchills war rooms is also recommended and is accessible for all abilities. We suggest buying a day travel card for the tube.
