Would have been a great trip except that we had to leave 1 child at home because he was too poorly to travel. Hotel was ok rooms a little old and dated but clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff at tube station very helpful good location for tube.

Hotel was very nice. The only problem was when we arrived, our rooms were not ready. Check in was 2pm, we arrived at 4pm. We were not the only people whose rooms were not ready.

2 Night Trip To London

We arrived at the hotel New Years eve - very cold. The hotel was very old fashioned and wasn't very nicely decorated although the staff were pleasant. We visited the London Eye which was an interesting experience but the queues were horrendous and would recommend fast track tickets! We also went to see Sister Act the muscial which was fabulous. Great trip.

Short Break In London

The hotel location was good just a short walk to Chalk Farm tube. Our bedroom was large enough for 2 adults and 1 child on the 4th floor. The mattresses on the beds were not very comfy with springs sticking up in various places. We requested extra duvets to place on the beds to cushion the springs and received these very quickly. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a short break (2 nights) in London.
