out of 5Two main attractions in visiting London - afternoon tea for two at the ritz which was excellent. Then onto a show - Sister Act. The hotel room was good, but the bathroom was in desperate need of modernising. We nearly flooded the fourth floor having showers. The breakfast was excellent.

out of 5The hotel was excellent and a perfect base from which to visit the USA embassy. It was the best Superbreak hotel that I have ever visited in any UK city. We shall certainly be returning. The breakfast was superb.

out of 5Stayed at the Sheraton Hotel Park Lane, well placed for every trip we took. Met friends from Sweden and after seeing our hotel they booked to return in summer. The v&a has a jewellery through the ages exhibition spent several hours admiring lots of items and since done research on various donors. Camden market is a trip down memory lane and our visitors enjoyed every second trying on all sorts of things.

out of 5Special weekend visit to see a show. Very good show. Hotel disappointing only in that no in-room refreshments ie tea-making available, which is stingy given the overall impression of the calibre of the hotel. Also the alarm clock in the room had been left as set by a previous occupant and woke us very unpleasantly at 6.15am - not what we wanted on a rare weekend away!.
