Stayed at the Tower and had a double room with a view overlooking the river. The tour of the Tower of London looks expensive but you can spend up to 6 hours looking at everything that happens behind the wall. For free you can go to the British museum a magnificent building although a week would not be enough to enjoy whats inside. St Katherines dock just behind the Guorman Tower hotel offers a good range of bars and restaurants if you dont want to go back into town.

Hotel was perfect in location, clean & tidy. Staff very polite and helpful. Organised as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday, so booked Fifteen restaurant as he has always wanted to go. Visted Tate modern, Dali museum and plenty of shopping. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

A customer from Heslington who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
We packed in alot. Our room overlooked Tower bridge - real bonus to be able to lie in bed and watch the bridge go up to let a cruise ship through - with all the pomp & circumstance! Our trip coincided with London kidsweek so bonus's in abundance in may attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed more London outdoor theatre in the scoop. Our trip culmintaed in the reason fro the break, a trip up river to Richmond to meet friends for lunch. What more could us girls want. It was fabulous.

A customer from Barrow-in-Furness who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Came to London for the Waterhouse exhibition at the Royal Academy then to our favourite store directly opposite, Fortnum & Mason. Admission prices to many of the sights were, we thought, way too high. Admission to Westminster Abbey?? This is a church - there should be no charge! Open top bus was fantastic - get the blue bus with amazing guides full of information. If you love the Beatles, visit Abbey Road and spend the funniest hour of your day watching people crossing and re-crossing the road then take a walk round the pleasant streets of St. John's Wood. We would highly recommend this hotel - very pleasant staff (there was some mix-up with our booking but it was dealt with efficiently and discreetly), lovely air-conditioned rooms with comfy beds, great breakfast and lovely views to Tower Bridge. A little far to walk from the tube if you have luggage but don't let that put you off.
