A customer from Superbreak who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Me and my friend went to London to celebrate her birthday. I'd bought her tickets to see 'Hairspray' at the theatre so we decided to make a weekend of it. The hotel was more that suitable for our needs and even exceeded my usual Travelodge expectations. As with all Travelodge's, there were limited 'home comforts', but the room was spacious with a flat screen TV, small wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a decent size and had a good sized shower. Both being apprehensive about using the tube, location was crucial to our choice of hotel. The Travelodge was ideal, only two tube stops away from Kings Cross station and on the Saturday, it only required one change of tube to get to Regent Street and Theatreland. We found Bank tube station easy to navigate from one line to the other and the tubes were frequent on both lines. The hotel was also very close to the tube for those late night walks home - simply use exit 4 out of Old Street tube station and follow the road ahead, the Travelodge is on your left less than 5 minutes walk away. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend and one we will definitely be doing again. Neither of us would have any hesitation in booking the Travelodge again - after all, we'd both rather spend our money in the pub than on an expensive hotel which we hardly spend any time in!!

Superbreak star ratings are given as a guide to help you choose between our hotels and do not necessarily relate to those awarded by other organisations. They symbolise the level of service and range of facilities that you can expect at the property; ranging from 1 star - hotels with the simplest range of facilities, to five stars - luxury hotels with a wider range of facilities. Please note that different countries have different standards and star ratings may differ according to the country where the hotel is located.
This from price is based on the lowest price, per person, per night, within the next 8 weeks.
This price is the total price each adult will pay for the entire hotel stay. Exact prices, including any supplements and child prices, will be displayed on the next page as policies vary from hotel to hotel.
The customer rating is the average hotel score out of 5. To ensure all reviews are genuine, hotel reviews can only be added by customers who have booked through us at the hotel in question.
