Very impressed with Lancaster London hotel, right on the park, just where we wanted to be to walk to the Hyde Park venue for the kings of leon concert! Ninth floor room with wonderful views over west London and Kensington Gardens. A short walk away we found our favourite little cafe, bonne mouches, for tea and cake - a little gem packed away between burger bars and pubs! At the hotel restaurant we asked for an early/light dinner, which was just right, before a lovely 10 minute walk to the venue in Hyde Park. Great concert, (but then we are fans), then another magical walk back through the park for nightcap in hotel bar. Slept well and ready for the very good breakfast provided by hotel. Just time afterwards for another summer's morning walk to the round pond and Kensington Palace before picking up the car and heading home. Quite a pricey evening but well worth it for a special occasion! We would definitely use this hotel again.

Poor hotel but great staff. Surprised this is on the Superbreak portfolio to be honest, it's not the best. Superbreak could do more to give advice on how to book seats on the train when journey has been booked through Superbreak. Ended up a couple of calls and a 50 mile round trip just to book seats.

Editor's comments: Seats can be reserved on trains by taking Superbreak tickets to the station. This is possible with any type of train ticket which Superbreak provides, as train times are not held in our offices we cannot reserve the seats.
