Went shopping to Oxford St, Harrods, and Hamleys toy store, hotel just across from Hyde park, and a lovely pub around the corner. Hired limo went to see Mamma Mia (a must.) then back in limo for sight seeing including pub visit. Then dropped of at hotel for night cap.

Whistlestop Trip Of London

For anyone contemplating a short break to London, save yourself a lot of heartache and see what Superbreak can offer. Following the recommendation of a work colleague, I booked a 3-day stay at the Corus hotel which is in a central location only yards from the underground and Hyde Park. The hotel was really nice and staff were all very pleasant and welcoming which was something I hadn't really expected! The breakfasts served were hot, tasty and substantial. Having air-conditioning in the room at a time when the weather was hot was another unexpected bonus. I'd certainly be happy to return here.

Pop Concert Made Easy!

A customer from UK who stayed at 4* Lancaster London in Lancaster Gate wrote this review.

Very impressed with Lancaster London hotel, right on the park, just where we wanted to be to walk to the Hyde Park venue for the kings of leon concert! Ninth floor room with wonderful views over west London and Kensington Gardens. A short walk away we found our favourite little cafe, bonne mouches, for tea and cake - a little gem packed away between burger bars and pubs! At the hotel restaurant we asked for an early/light dinner, which was just right, before a lovely 10 minute walk to the venue in Hyde Park. Great concert, (but then we are fans), then another magical walk back through the park for nightcap in hotel bar. Slept well and ready for the very good breakfast provided by hotel. Just time afterwards for another summer's morning walk to the round pond and Kensington Palace before picking up the car and heading home. Quite a pricey evening but well worth it for a special occasion! We would definitely use this hotel again.
